The Beef Shanks are boiled until very tender. Vegetables and spices are then added to have the best tasting soup. Serves 2.

Crispy Crablets - P50.00
The hard-shell cover is removed from the crablets then the remaining part is dipped in flour mixture prior to deep frying to make the crablets very crispy. All of it is devoured including the legs as the shells are still soft. Best eaten dipped in vinegar.

Spicy Pork Chicharon - P140.00/ pack
Chicharon with chilli powder in them.It is usually bought as pasalubong or send-away gifts to relatives going abroad.

The marinated chicken is deep-fried along with the carrots, potatoes and string beans. Sauce made from butter and cream of mushroom is then poured over the chicken and vegetables while the sizzling plate is very hot.
